1. Delivery of Digital Goods

Our Excel templates are delivered 100% digitally. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automatic email containing a secure download link to your file(s). No physical items will be shipped to your address.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. Once an Excel template file has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned or revoked. Therefore, MK Excel Templates does not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances.

3. Support and File Issues

While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure your file works correctly. If you experience a technical error downloading your file, or if the template file arrives corrupted, please notify us immediately. We will gladly send a fresh, working copy of the template file directly to your email address.
