1. Delivery of Digital Goods

Our Excel templates are delivered 100% digitally. Upon successful completion of your payment via Paddle, our Merchant of Record, you will receive an automatic email containing a secure download link to your file(s). No physical items will be shipped to your address.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy (Paddle Transactions)

As our products are sold through Paddle, transactions are subject to a 14-day refund window in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s standard merchant guidelines.

• Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
• Condition: Because Excel templates are downloadable and fully accessible upon delivery, refunds are reserved for instances where the product is materially defective, malfunctioning, or significantly different from the product description.

3. Exceptions and Final Sales

Outside of the statutory 14-day window, all sales are final. Once 14 days have passed since your purchase, MK Excel Templates does not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances. Please review product descriptions, screenshots, and system requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Support and File Issues

We want to ensure your file works perfectly. If you experience a technical error downloading your file, or if the template file arrives corrupted, please notify us immediately. We will gladly send a fresh, working copy of the template file directly to your email address.
